Spares for Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps
A regular question posed to the PDA office is "where can I get spares for my AOD or who can repair it". With so much re-labelling being done by importers it can be difficult to advise. Perhaps Kecol can help.
"Nick

have Expanded their Repair Service and would be pleased to work with PDA members
who cannot obtain the correct spares or need further advice where the original
manufacturer is not know.

Over the years many other manufacturers have developed similar pumps and many more ‘rebadging’ sellers have also entered the market. There have been revisions and updates of the original Sandpiper design, so that there are now many pumps in action that are outwardly similar. However it may not be possible to identify the source of spares because of missing or illegible labels or perhaps the original seller is no longer trading.
Kecol Pumps is able to identify and source parts not only for Sandpiper AOD’s but also for many similar pump types. We are principally dealing with Wilden, Blagdon, Yamada, Versamatic, Aro, Verder and Tapflo. Diaphragms, balls and air side components of OEM quality are available via the Warren Rupp (Sandpiper’s makers) Pumper Parts service, and the Kecol factory in Bridgnorth has full remanufacture and test facilities. Rapid turnaround and a 3-month guarantee on all repairs are key features of the service. Hire pumps are available should the customer need them.
For further details please contact Kecol Pumps ltd, Faraday Drive, Bridgnorth, Shropshire WV15 5BJ. Tel - 01746 764311 or email at sales@kecol.co.uk. "
