Skill Cards and the Joint Industry Board
Advice and Procedure notification issued to
PDA Members.
This notification has only been issued to PDA members. It required their immediate attention. The full implications of employees not having the relevant skill card will soon be apparent when it becomes difficult to gain entrance to construction and engineering sites.
